A killer set! I’ve always loved 2 piece sets, and this is a classy one to build your kit around. The gyuto is 263x52mm, and the petty is 162x43mm. Both are 72 layer random damascus made of 15n20 and 1095, and the handles are stabilized spalted tamarind with dark purple gyroid (looks black with purple highlights).
