160x46mm small western chef in 52100 carbon steel, with a very cool wire brushed wenge. The effect makes the handle look flame charred, but it’s just the natural contrast in the wood. Some really nice details on these knives, from the sculpting on the handle to the tapered tang and nice grinds, the eased spine and choil to the satin finish, this is good work all around. He keeps it classy not flashy, but all those little details are there where it matters.
