Vintage carbon steel meat cleaver restoration from Geoff Feder of Feder Knives. This is an Italian cleaver from Fama Maniago of unknown carbon steel with a 196mm cutting edge, and it’s 127mm tall at the front. Heavyweight! Comes in at 818grams or almost 1lb 13 oz. Geoff gave it a new burl handle with brass pins and filework on the spine, as well as a convex edge and mustard patina finish. If you need to break some bones, this is a choice way to do it.
