Vintage (unsure of date, would guess 70s) 8” carbon steel stiff butchers boning knife from Dexter in Green River MA. This one’s blade has been beaten up on a grinder at some point, but somehow it gives it a ton of character. I cleaned and sharpened the blade, cleaned, polished and restored the handle which is in excellent condition and structurally sound and ready to work.
