8” Chinese chefs/vegetable cleaver with santoprene handle (X50 Cr Mo V15 stainless) This cleaver is a great low cost Chinese style vegetable cleaver and a common recommendation for me for someone looking to try out Chinese style cleavers. It is very thin overall and very thin behind the edge, where it counts most for great performance. The santoprene handle is super comfy and has great grip.
