Loon knife works carbon steel heavy weight gyuto with live edge handle and saya. The blade is 198x48mm in 1084 carbon steel with a hammered kurouchi and hand brushed finish. The handle is amboyna burl with redwood lace burl accent, and the custom saya is amboyna burl as well. Previously owned, never used.
