155x 33mm “Barracuda” in S35VN stainless steel from California’s own Leucadia Custom Knives. Leucadia are a family outfit that focuses a lot on the sector of outdoor/culinary knives and knives made for fisherman and the like. The Barracuda is their version of an all purpose blade, great for fishing, camping, hunting, cooking, boning, trimming, filleting, pretty much anything that doesn’t require a heavy duty blade. The high quality stainless blade is hardened to 61hrc for a nice balance of hardness and toughness, is flat ground nice and thin behind the edge, and aggressively sharpened. And just the right size for an out of the way belt carry when out in the woods, or out on the water.
