From Baltimore’s Henry Hyde of Hyde Handmade, this is a 216x52mm chef’s knife in 125Cr1 carbon steel. The blade features a kurouchi finish near the spine and a brushed satin finish below. Geometry is very thin indeed, but with just enough meat behind the edge to not feel too delicate. Weight is 194g. The handle is curly walnut with an ivory g-10 spacer and stainless ferrule.
