176 x 54mm chef’s knife in 52100 carbon steel from Master Smith Aaron Wilburn. Features a yellow cedar burl handle with dyed blue highlights. The blade has a brushed texture finish, and is intended to be a hard working knife, and is finished accordingly. There are a few very minor “shop scuffs” on the blade, as sent from the maker, so hopefully that will set your mind at ease and encourage you to put it to work and give it a few more of your own. Adds character. This piece is a perfect match with the 8.5” blade, and although I hope someone will get them both, I am selling them individually.
