From French maker Milan Gravier, this gyuto is 250 x 57 mm high. The spine is about 4mm out of the handle with a beautiful taper. The blade is san Mai construction with a C130 core steel with soft steel cladding, and features a convex grind and a kasumi finish. The handle is ash wood and stainless steel.
