This is a super slick gyuto from the talented mind and hands of Joe Schrum, aka Halcyon Forge, out of Missouri. The blade is a 210x50mm mid weight compound S grind in a blacked out multibar Ws pattern, and the handle is high contrast Arizona ironwood and African blackwood. This one is speaking my language.
