Previously owned, lightly used. 96x29mm (205 overall length) paring knife in xc75 carbon steel with forced patina from Florentine Kitchen Knives. Black and white micarta handle with brass bolster and pommel.
This knife was lightly used. It has a touch of patina from past use, as well as the original forced patina, and there is a small spot of pitting at the logo. The knife is freshly sharpened by me. Please see pics.
