Previously owned Carter Muteki santoku from Jamison Chopp. At 170x45mm this is a really good size for an all purpose kitchen utility blade with a White 1 carbon core and super comfy and natural feeling maple handled with white liners. This is a great little blade.
*condition is used, but not heavily. There are a handful of light scratches in the cladding as shown in one of the pictures. Still a lot of life left in this one.
