Previously owned 213 x 42mm “line knife” in 52100 carbon steel. This knife is ideal for use as a protein slicer and general purpose kitchen knife. Basically a short and slightly more robust slicer. A very elegant blade, this knife has definitely seen some work, and has some surface scratches from sharpening and use to show for it, as well as some remaining patina marks, but overall it is in great shape, and could easily handle a few more generations of kitchen time. It is a great example of a Bloodroot knife, and very narrowly escaped becoming part of my personal kit. Comes with a spalted maple saya from Bloodroot.
