275 x 45 mm damascus blade from Justin Stinson of Running Man Forge in California. He’s calling this one a “long tipped gyuto”, I would be inclined to call it a gyutohiki. Either way, it’s pulling double duty as both a high functioning gyuto and an elegant slicer, and it’s super nice. The pinstripe damascus is 15n20 and 1095 with a super clean etch, and the handle is curly oak and, I believe, a blue trustone spacer. Definitely a classy blade.
