Here is a previously owned gyuto just in from a well loved private collection, made by Master Smith Aaron Wilburn. Very lightly used and in great shape, this is a gorgeous and collectible blade for sure, but also a performer, with a 220mm Turkish twist damascus blade, and an ancient walrus and African blackwood handle. Comes with a leather sheath.
