195 x 46 mm “honesuki” knife from Jelle Hazenberg. The steel is Takefu 22 layer suminagashi cladding with a white #2 carbon steel core. The handle is African blackwood and spalted beech.
This is a pre owned knife, it has had some use, but has been well maintained and is in very good condition. The blade has been cleaned, re-etched, and gently sharpened, and the handle has been refreshed.
